While I discovered this intslligence could yield some positive results, I was disappointed that it did little to reveal what things might be at the root of why I had the feelings I did.

The audiobook came with access to the site that allows you to take a quick quiz to assess your EQ. But this book was really enlightening for me.
There is nothing worse than reading a page book with only 50 pages of interesting information and pages of anecdotal fluff about Floyd from Wisconsin and how he changed his life with the book’s techniques. Judy Bradbdrry I felt like this more was more of yet another “how to succeed at work” surface book.
Maybe my expectations were too high? It started as a book I had to read for a business class. I know they are sound advice. This means that two thirds of us are typically controlled by our emotions and are not yet skilled at spotting them and using them to our benefit. Rooted in sound research involving more thanresponses, this new edition of the test will: Cognitive intelligence, or IQ, is not flexible.
Quite Frankly, and yes, In my humble opinion I have come to realize, some people are born idiots and will remain idiots — irrespective which ever book they read. I think this should be required reading for everyone at some point in their lives.
The book has shown me how to develop these skills in pragmatic and easily applicable ways. Jan 03, Craig Dube rated it it was amazing Shelves: The concept has been floating around for so long that it would be easy for braeberry to assume that it’s a scientifically validated theory– like IQ and personality measurements which this book presents EQ alongside.
All in all, though, not bad.
